We, the members of the Mwananchi Center of Civic Revolution (MCCR), inspired by the sovereign power of the people, establish this Constitution to advance peaceful civic transformation, citizen empowerment, social accountability, and participatory democracy.

The organization shall be known as the Mwananchi Center of Civic Revolution (MCCR).
The Head Office shall be located in Kiambu, Kenya.
Membership is voluntary and free. Together, we can build a better Kenya through peaceful civic action.
